Οι Άγιοι Θεόδωροι, ολόσωμοι, σε στάση ¾ και με τα χέρια σε δέηση στρέφονται σε θεοφάνεια με τον Χριστό ημίσωμο και ευλογούντα από κυανό βάθος, στο κέντρο της εικόνας.

Φορούν στρατιωτική ενδυμασία με κόκκινο ιμάτιο και έχουν αφήσει τις ασπίδες τους στο έδαφος.
